Vestal’s Cast Iron Clean Out Door is installed at the base of the chimney and allows access to clean out the ashes generated from the fireplace.  We recommend the cast iron clean out door for the exterior chimneys.  Being made of cast iron it will last longer than the traditional steel clean out doors.  8″ x 8″ is a standard stock size other sizes available by special order.
